Automated LoRA training pipeline for Stable Diffusion. Train custom characters, faces, styles, and objects with minimal images. Used for AI Storyboarder face consistency.

The Challenge

Getting AI to generate consistent characters or specific styles requires expensive custom model training. Most tools are technical and inaccessible to creators.

Our Solution

User-friendly pipeline that takes a few reference images and automatically trains LoRA adapters. Integrated with face-swap technology for character consistency in video/storyboard production.

Technical Difficulty

Achieving consistent face generation with minimal training data required extensive experimentation with training parameters, regularization, and data augmentation techniques.
